Water & Flood Damage Restoration
Water can seem harmless, but if untreated it can be extremely destructive. It is not the water that will harm your property and contents, it is time. If not dealt with right away problems can quickly get out of control. We will help you understand the root cause of the water issue, the best immediate course of action, and then develop the mitigation plan to protect your property and family in the best way possible.
Our water damage restoration team is based in Minneapolis but also serves many of the surrounding cities. The moment you think you might have an issue give Bedrock a call and speak with one of our certified technicians who can help diagnose the situation quickly and help you understand what actions may need to be taken. The call can’t hurt and in minutes you will have an initial plan of action.
We are here to help you 24/7. Whether it is a small leak or a massive flood, nothing is too big or too small for our team. All of our technicians are highly certified and knowledgeable about the science of water and will walk you through every step of the process until your property is how you had it.
Category1
The water originates from a sanitary source and does not pose a significant risk of sickness. An example of this would be if the supply line to your dishwasher was leaking or broke.
Category2
The water is significantly contaminated and poses a risk of sickness or discomfort. An example of this would be an overflow from your washing machine or dishwasher, but unlike a category 1 this water has detergents and or soils from clothes or dishes.
Category3
The water is grossly contaminated and could pose significant risk to those with compromised immune systems (e.g. young children, elderly persons, persons with respiratory problems, those who have undergone recent surgery or chemotherapy and those whose immune systems are suppressed). A few of our Category 3 flood and water damage restoration projects here in the Minneapolis area were bad enough to require vacancy for compromised people until deemed safe for re-occupancy.
